Living on Earth’s Steve Curwood to Moderate Library Event
Global warming. Fuel Shortages. Greenhouse effect. Recycling Efforts. Climate changes. Topics that are in the news every day.
Hear what people on the forefront have to say about the future of our planet when the Capital Area District Library (CADL) sponsors a “Global Warming” panel discussion at the Lansing Center, on Wednesday, March 19, at 7:00 p.m.
Steve Curwood will present and moderate the discussion focusing on CADL’s 2008 community-reading project, Al Gore’s thought-provoking book, An Inconvenient Truth.
Steve Curwood is host of the popular public radio program Living on Earth, which is heard Sundays at 3:00 p.m. on AM 870 WKAR.
