WKAR eNews: Tue 4/1/08
WKAR wrapped up its on-air fundraising campign yesterday, bringing in a total of $141,479 -- $11,000 over the $130,000 goal! We also brought in 276 new members, short of the new member goal of 315.

We want to thank everyone who called or pledged online during this campaign, as well as the volunteers, food donors, and others who assisted in making this campaign a success!

Please note there is a big change on WKAR's digital channel. Beginning Sunday, April 6, WKAR Life will change its name and its prime time programming to feature the Create lifestyles programming in the evenings as well as daytimes. We also have some Saturday changes on WKAR-23. The details are in the articles below.
