We invite you to join our colleagues at MSU for a weekend of arts events during the first Arts Marathon! WKAR is a partner in this non-stop extravaganza of entertainment options and learning experiences. And, mark your calendar for next Saturday (April 26) and WKAR's free wheelchair awareness event, "Rolling: Focusing on Ability." More on this next week. Finally, listen to 90.5 WKAR for music from MSU. Claude Debussy's Sonata for Cello & Piano will be performed by Nathaniel Chaitkin and Marie-France Lefebvre, Thursday, April 17 in the 10 a.m. hour. The performance was recorded August 29, 2007 in the Music Building Auditorium. Also on Thursday, at about 2:30pm, the MSU Symphony, directed by Leon Gregorian, will perform a suite from Stravinsky's ballet, "Firebird", recorded in Wharton Center Great Hall, October 26, 2007.
