Hypermilers Strive For Maximum MPG
The U.S. Senate is debating new energy legislation and higher corporate fuel economy standards are being considered. The plan would require cars to average 35 miles per gallon by the year 2020. The auto companies have often argued that higher standards are bad for business, or are unattainable.
