Detroit Pistons' Playoff Hopes; Detroit Red Wings; Traumatic Brain Injury; Miles Bridges' NBA Decision.

On today's "Current Sports with Al Martin" it was a dour day for Detroit pro sports fans. First, the Detroit Pistons had a big win in their hunt for the playoffs cinched up, until a last second tip-in from Miami's Hassan Whiteside tipped the scales. Talking what's new with the Pistons, Al and engineer Isaac Constans have differing views on what has gone awry for the team. Current Sports production assistant Connor Clark chimes in on the situation, as well, staking his Chicago Bulls' interest in the matter. Is it time to tank or make drastic changes? As the Red Wings were mathematically eliminated, as well, the Detroit doom gets gloomier. Yet, there is a silver lining in looking forward to next year. Then, WKAR's Kevin Lavery brings a local feature regarding concussions to the show, centered around MSU's efforts to learn more about head injuries in sports. Finally, mixed reports on MSU men's hoop draft prospect Miles Bridges' decision mean it's decision time.
