We chat with Maestro Enrique Diemecke about the Flint Symphony’s concert this weekend, where the maestro will break down Mahler’s superstitious "Ninth Symphony" into bite-size pieces.
This Saturday, the Flint Symphony will be dissecting a symphony and showing the audience what makes it tick. Maestro Enrique Diemecke will have the Flint Symphony on stage to play some of the melodic bits that Mahler weaves throughout his final Symphony.
Current State’s Jamie Paisley talks with Diemecke for a preview of the concert at the Whiting in Flint.
