Aug 2, 2016

The DANCE Lansing project is currently underway. We speak with the artistic director and a guest choreographer who has combined her experiences as a Michigan migrant worker to craft a dance coming to MSU’s Pasant Theater.

DANCE Lansing is an project that presents performances and workshops throughout Mid-Michigan. This is the 11th year for the project.

Current State talks with two individuals helping bring this movement to Michigan: artistic director of DANCE Lansing Lisa Whiting Dobson and associate professor of dance at the State University of New York-Brockport, Dr. Juanita Suarez.
