MSU makes strides toward sustainable energy in 2016

Almost four years ago, MSU adopted an Energy Transition Plan that detailed sustainable energy goals for the university to work toward. We speak with Wolfgang Bauer, MSU professor and Senior Consultant in the office of the Vice President, about the progress MSU has made on the sustainable energy front so far.

In 2012, the MSU Board of Trustees adopted an Energy Transition Plan to guide the university toward a more sustainable future. The ultimate vision of the plan is for the university to one day be powered by 100-percent renewable energy.

Current State talks about the progress MSU is making with sustainable energy with Physics and Astronomy Professor Wolfgang Bauer. He also serves as Senior Consultant in the Office of the Executive Vice President for Administrative Services at MSU.
