The MSU Board of Trustees will meet this morning to adopt budget guidelines for the 2017-18 year, including tuition rates.
The board is also scheduled to consider the authorization to plan for an addition to the MSU Music building, a development that would be largely supported by donors.
The meeting starts at 11 a.m. in the Hannah Administration Building.
