New Time, New Stations For MSU In Concert

msu today
MSU Wind Symphony plays Richard Strauss on this week's MSU In Concert

In case you missed it, you can still hear MSU In Concert on 90.5 Classical. It's still on Fridays - just a little later, with a 7pm start time. MSUIC's Sunday 2pm time has made way for broadcasts of Chicago Symphony Orchestra concerts.

You can also pick up broadcasts of MSU In Concert throughout much of The Mitten, with Saturday 9am, airings from WRCJ 90.9FM in Detroit, and starting January 12 at 6pm, broadcasts from Classical IPR in Interlochen at 88.7FM.

Three sparkling State ensembles are featured in this week's program:

MSU Wind Symphony: Richard Strauss/Serenade Op. 7

MSU Symphony Orchestra: Gustav Mahler/Symphony No. 1 mvt II

MSU faculty artists: Beethoven/Septet
