Sundance winner at MSU explores "The Heart of Cambodia"

Michigan State University celebrates Geography Awareness Week with multiple campus-wide educational and entertainment opportunities through this Sunday. One event includes a screening of the 2013 Sundance Film Festival award-winning documentary "A River Changes Course".Director, producer and cinematographer Kalayanee Mam will present the film on Thursday evening at MSU’s Wells Hall. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. She’ll also follow her screening with a question and answer session.

Current State's Peter Whorf caught up with Mam to discuss the California resident and native Cambodian’s work.
