Who's In Control?

WKAR
There's no feeling like cutting down the nets. The MSU men's basketball team did so at the Big Ten Tourney on Sunday after beating Purdue in the title game.

The No.2 Michigan State Spartans claimed their fifth Big Ten Tourney crown with a 66-62 victory over No. 13 Purdue. With the win, the Spartans are 5-1 overall in the Big Ten Tourney title game, the most in conference history.

Denzel Valentine was named as the tourney's Most Outstanding Player, putting up 15 points, 10 rebounds, and 9 assists in the win over Purdue. However, he received much help from a few unlikely hero's...including senior forward Colby Wollenman.

WKAR's Al Martin reports from Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, IN.
