Danielle
Danielle's love for animals came when she volunteered at a vet clinic at 8 years of age. She's wanted to be a veterinarian ever since. She also loves spontaneous vacations and has traveled the world extensively.

Jake
Jake would be a professional fly-fisherman if he couldn't be a vet, but we don't think that will happen. He's also got a great sense of humor and two dogs — Maggie and Tess.

Kent
Kent is the class clown at MSU's vet school. He loves to have fun, participate in outdoor sports and mess with our camera crews! So what hooked Kent into becoming a veterinarian? His Uncle gave him two chicks to take care of when he was 8 years old.

Rachel
Rachel was inspired by her family veterinarian while growing up in Michigan. She has three cats and enjoys riding horses and spending time with her friends and family.

Steve
Steve's favorite TV show might be Looney Toons, but don't let that fool you — he's a serious guy when it comes to vet medicine. What got him through undergrad? Perseverance!
