Rights Groups Attack Chinese "Re-Education" Camps

Critics question the Chinese government's "re-education" camps for drug dealers, prostitutes and people who express political views unpopular with the government. Human-rights advocates say the camps are used to suppress dissent. NPR's Rob Gifford reports.
