U.S. Troops Lower Profile in Fallujah

U.S. troops reduce their presence in Fallujah, a restive Iraqi town west of Baghdad. U.S. troops have come under repeated attack in Fallujah, considered a stronghold of Saddam Hussein loyalists. NPR's Kate Seelye reports.
