LANSING, MI – The city of Lansing's Board of Ethics and the Lansing City Council are both meeting tonight. They are expected to review requests to investigate how councilmember-elect Tina Houghton's tax problems went unnoticed for two years while she served on the city's Parks and Recreation Board.
