Cabrera homers in Tigers' victory

LAKELAND, FL – Miguel Cabrera hit his first homer of spring training and Scott Sizemore and Brennan Boesch also went deep for the Detroit Tigers as they knocked off the Toronto Blue
Jays 10-7, with the wind blowing out on Monday.

Galarraga is competing with at least five others for two of the final spots in the Tigers rotation. He went 6-10 last season in Detroit after winning 13 games in his 2008 rookie season.

Marc Rzepcznski went four innings in his longest outing of the season for the Blue Jays and allowed three runs and six hits. He struck out four.
