The day was founded to encourage everyone to lead a more active lifestyle β to get moving β TOGETHER! Moving and the power of unification offer many positives to our physical πͺ and mental health π.
The fun run/walk immerses you in a mixed forest via a 2.25-mile trail loop through the 100-acre Harris Nature Center and Eastgate Park. After crossing the finish line, there's refreshments and fun!

β Kids five and under are free!
β Limited number of t-shirts, $5 each β first registered, first served.
Proceeds go to the Harris Nature Center Foundation to help fund the Nature Exploration Area expansion and for bus scholarships that enable students in Greater Lansing attend Harris Nature Center educational programs.
