Bob Downes is a former triathlete who years ago used to ride up to 100 miles in a weekend when he was training. He’s been all over the world, biking in countries from India to Ireland. He’s also a former newspaper editor, so he’s combined those two passions in a new book called “Biking Northern Michigan".
