Former East Lansing City Manager Staton Dies

Former East Lansing city manager Ted Staton has died of cancer at the age of 63.

His death was reported on the website of the city of Upper Arlington, Ohio, where he had served as city manager since 2011. He held the same position in East Lansing from 1995 to 2011.

Staton had recently retired.

Ted Staton’s funeral will be held on Sunday at the Upper Arlington Municipal Building.
