90.5 Classical New Release Of The Month

Each month, 90.5 Classical New Release Of The Month features a single recording by a particular artist or ensemble; from solo piano to vocal, chamber music to symphony orchestra.
Peter Whorf kicks off the musical showcase during Morning Edition on the first Friday of each month. Then, listen throughout the month as classical hosts Jody Knol and Jamie Paisley feature selections from the highlighted recording.

Chicago's Rachel Barton Pine and Jory Vinikour team up to record Sonatas by Johann Sebastian Bach and it has been chosen as the 90.5 Classical New Release of the Month for August, 2018.
