In Hawaii, an Odd Election to Pick Interim Rep

For Hawaiians, it's Election Day again. Islanders vote Saturday for a representative to fill out the term of late Democrat Patsy Mink, who died last September. Whoever wins will serve just one month -- and won't actually have to work, because Congress is adjourned until January. NPR's Steve Inskeep reports. (3:15)
