Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is still trying to collect on a friendly Super Bowl wager he made with California Gov. Gray Davis. But as NPR's Scott Horsley reports, the logistics of shipping a fresh San Diego fish taco and a case of Napa Valley cabernet to Florida haven't been worked out.
