Democrats Weigh Filibuster of Estrada Court Nomination

Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle (D-SD) says Democrats may block a vote on Miguel Estrada's nomination to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. The threatened filibuster would be the first mounted against a circuit court nominee. NPR's David Welna reports.
