SAGINAW, MI –
Vice President Joe Biden is scheduled to be in Saginaw on Tuesday to discuss how Recovery Act investments have impacted Michigan.
The midday event also is to feature U.S. Sen. Carl Levin and Small Business Administration chief Karen Mills. It will take place at Delta College.
The Recovery Act is a $787 billion rescue effort that President Barack Obama pushed through Congress last year. It is designed to create or save hundreds of thousands of jobs across the country.
