DETROIT –
A court official says members of a Michigan militia will be electronically monitored around the clock if they're released from jail until trial. He's filed an affidavit to clear up what he calls misstatements by a prosecutor urging the court to keep the nine militia members in jail. The prosecutor says electronic monitoring is "wholly inadequate."
