Northwestern-Michigan Basketball; MSU Men's Basketball; Illinois; NCAA Tournament Predictions; PJ Fleck; DeShaun Tate.

On today's "Current Sports with Al Martin" there's nothing better than a buzzer-beater, and there's no more important time to hit one than in March. Northwestern fired off the cannon to signify the start of the month in college basketball, and Michigan was caught in the way. Al discusses the play that might have sent yet another Big Ten team to the NCAA Tournament. Engineer Isaac Constans is in on the conversation minutes later when the two discuss the tournament implications following the Spartans' slip up at Illinois. Check out what went wrong for MSU and what it means going forward. Then, PJ Fleck might not be at Western Michigan anymore, but he still might have been around a little too long. Find out what that means around the 42-minute mark. Finally, DeShaun Tate, CBS Radio producer and host, knows it's March, too. With a full slate of rankings and picks, DeShaun helps close out the show.
