Michigan's Link to Lincoln Lore

A lot of us will go see Steven Spielberg’s movie “Lincoln” as it opens across the country Friday. It tells the story of the final four months of the life of the American Heartland’s most-well-known president.

This got Michigan Public Radio’s Rick Pluta thinking about the 16^th president’s connections to Michigan -- including a well-known phrase Lincoln may have never actually said.
