Story Consent

I authorize WKAR and Michigan State University to record my image and voice and give WKAR and Michigan State University and all persons or entities acting on behalf of WKAR and Michigan State University’s permission or authority, all rights to use the recorded content.

I understand that said content may be used for local or national television, educational, promotional, advertising, DVD, home video, internet and non-standard television purposes in all conventional and electronic media, and any future media. I also authorize the use of any printed or electronic material in connection therewith.

I understand and agree that this image and voice content may be duplicated, distributed with or without charge, and/or altered in any form or manner without future/further compensation or liability, in perpetuity. I agree that WKAR and MSU may exercise these rights through agents, licensees, distributors or other parties.

If by reason of my statements and actions on the program or materials furnished by me for the program, there is any claim or litigation involving any charge by third parties of violation or infringement of their rights, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless WKAR and Michigan State University and its licensees and assigns from any liability, loss or expenses arising from such claim or litigation.
