Tico Duckett held the all-time record for rushing yardage during his time at MSU (1989-1992), and went on to play professionally for the Washington Redskins. Today, Duckett is owner (with brother Todd) of Duckett Brothers Distributing, a company he originally established in 1998 as Tico Duckett Distributing. 

Duckett is heavily involved with the mid-Michigan community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Capital Area United Way, in addition to being a member of the Greater Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Boys and Girls Club of Lansing.

Tico Duckett joins Al Martin to talk about the unionization of college athletes, MSU's latest Rose Bowl season, his playing days at MSU and in the NFL, and more.
