How many times do you look on Twitter or Facebook and find out that it’s National Pizza Day or another day named after your favorite food? Or that your favorite celebrity is celebrating their birthday? Way before there was Google, a pair of brothers from Michigan compiled that information in a yearly calendar of events.

William Chase (left) and WKAR's Brooke Allen (right). Brooke is holding the Chase's Calendar of Events which he created nearly 60 years ago. The book is still published with important moments in history, anniversaries, news events and more.
