This time around, they stopped by Fort Wayne in Detroit.Going back to the Civil War, this was an important military installation for about a hundred years. It’s fallen on hard times, and as Dempsey explains, the future of this place is connected to the proposal to build a new international bridge between Detroit and Windsor, Ontario.
