"Oddball Michigan: A Guide to 450 Really Strange Places" is a recently published book which seeks to catalog all of the oddball tourist destinations throughout our state, and there are plenty of them.

Current State's Mark Bashore talked with author Jerome Pohlen about his oddball adventures around Michigan.

Pohlen says his favorite spot is Lakenenland in the Upper Peninsula on the southern shore of Lake Superior. It's a sculpture park featuring a collection of 150 sculptures made out of welded metal scraps taken from construction sites.
