WARNING:  This story contains audio of a simulated shooting, which some listeners may find disturbing.

The deadly shooting at a Kentucky high school on January 23 was one of nearly a dozen such incidents that took place on a school property in the U.S. since the start of 2018.  Active shooter training is quickly becoming mainstream in schools and workplaces across the country.
