The Supreme Court of the United States ruled yesterday that the craft company Hobby Lobby can be exempted from paying for certain types of employee birth control.There has been a wealth of commentary on the ruling, and for our own analysis here on Current State, we bring in Devin Schindler. He is a professor at Cooley Law School who teaches about constitutional law and health care regulation.
