Musician Harper’s music is often described as “World Blues.” Harper’s mix of roots music and soul are all part of his unique sound.Harper has spent the past decade touring around the United States, but he says it was his upbringing in Australia that influenced his sound. He had moved from the hustle and bustle of the London, England area, and he fell in love with the sparsely populated Perth.
He performs at the Pump House in East Lansing this weekend.
