Country music legend Clint Black comes to Battle Creek ‘On Purpose’

Clint Black has sold 20 million albums, and he’s on tour to support his latest, “On Purpose.” Scott Pohl talks with the country music superstar as he heads to Battle Creek for a show on Friday.

In 1989, Clint Black exploded onto the country music scene with his first number one hit, “A Better Man.” Since then, Clint Black has racked up 22 number one hits, 31 top tens, 57 charted singles and 20 million album sales. He’s just put out his first new CD in ten years, “On Purpose,” and on Friday, he’ll perform at the Firekeepers Casino in Battle Creek.
