Talk, talk, talk! Communication Skills can be developed by talking even when your children are too young to talk back.
Well that might be a good thing, if they're teenagers. Research shows that vocabulary, reading and communication skills develops very early in a child's life. From the moment children are born, they should hear as many words as possible. These words establish the foundation to their vocabulary. By narrating your activities, describing actions, items, textures and singing, you are supporting your child's ability to communicate.
