Current State's third Pop-Up Stories event was last night in Lansing. Reuben Kenyatta was one of the storytellers on the them of "Create and Destroy."
A big thank you to everyone who came out to REACH Studio Art Center for our final Pop-Up Stories event this fall. Pop-Up Stories is a collaboration between Current State, the MSU Residential College in the Arts and Humanities, as well as community partners. The theme was “Create & Destroy,” and we had some great storytellers turn out last night.
Reuben Kenyatta is a fine artist in the Lansing area. He told the story of the very first work of art he created.
