NBA News; LiAngelo Ball; College Football Playoff Rankings; MSU Football Press Conference; Mark Dantonio; Throwback Thursday.

If you think it's been a long week, just ask LiAngelo Ball and members of UCLA basketball. Starting off today's "Current Sports with Al Martin," LiAngelo Ball, the brother of second pick in the NBA draft Lonzo Ball, and two teammates were recently repatriated to the United States after having stolen a pair of sunglasses in China. The fiasco has caught the eyes of the nation, and there's a lesson to be learned, according to Al. There are even more lessons to learn for the College Football Playoff committee, though, who reseeded its top teams this week. While the top of the list remained mostly intact, some shuffling didn't seem to make sense. Al's analogy sheds some light on why the committee might favor certain types. Engineer Isaac Constans adds onto the dialogue by describing why Oklahoma is more important this year than ever and whether Clemson or Miami deserves an upper hand. Al and Isaac then track the latest happenings around the NBA, and even amid all the success, there's been a failure. It's all in the family. Then, Mark Dantonio, head coach of the Michigan State football team, attempts to recollect his team following a smacking by Ohio State. Hear his notable comments here. "Throwback Thursday" is especially busy today, a fitting finale to a bustling show.
