March is Youth Art Month and it’s a nationwide initiative, part of the National Art Education Association that’s been going on since the 1960’s.

Irvine was the Michigan Art Teacher of the Year a while back. One of her focal points for this art-centric month is in collaboration with an organization that has given Michigan a very specific challenge.
