(Cranky) adults need nap time too, says UM study

A new University of  Michiganstudy indicates our levels of frustration at work are lower if we get an afternoon nap. Current State's  Melissa Benmark talks with researcher Jennifer R. Goldschmied.

A new study from the University of Michigan suggests that people who get the chance to nap at work are less likely to be frustrated and impulsive.

Jennifer R. Goldschmied is now in the residency stage of getting her doctorate of clinical psychology at the University of Michigan, and she led this study.
