Join us as we celebrate International Literacy Day and kick-off the Engaging Families in Early Literacy (EFEL) initiative funded by Capital Area United Way.  

EFEL works toward increasing literacy in our community through family empowerment, with materials and direct services to achieve the goal of higher literacy.
