Several Lansing-area restaurants have closed in recent weeks. We talk with Allan Ross of the Lansing City Pulse about the new restaurants that are joining Lansing’s dining scene.

It seems as though the Lansing area has had a rash of restaurant closings this year. It might have started when Clara’s shut down, and the list includes Tony Sacco’s Coal Oven Pizza, Cosi, the Beer Grotto, Max and Erma’s, and just this week Famous Dave’s Bar-B-Cue and the Crafty Palate. All gone now.

With the closings, though, there have been some openings, and many more are on the way.

Current State’s Scott Pohl talks with Lansing City Pulse “New in Town” columnist Allan Ross about Lansing’s restaurant scene.
