The Ingham County Sheriff’s office says the suspect in a home invasion in Holt is now in custody.
As a precaution during the search for the suspect, Holt Public Schools decided to close the Junior High School for the day.
Police had received a call shortly before 6 a.m. reporting a home invasion in the 1700 block of Jeanne Street, not far from the school. He had been described as a white male in his 20’s, and possibly armed.
