City of Lansing Public Service Department crews will be closing the intersection of westbound Mount Hope Avenue at Cedar Street beginning at 7 a.m.
The intersection will be close to traffic for the removal of a large tree on the northeast corner of Cedar and Mount Hope on Thursday.
The detour for westbound traffic on Mount Hope will be to travel north of Pennsylvania Avenue to Baker Street, west on Baker to Cedar, and south on Cedar to return to Mount Hope.
