The holidays are approaching, which means sharing food and gifts and catching up with friends and extended family. For some, it also means being subjected to a racist relative’s offensive rants.
Carolyn Gage, is a playwright, director, performer and activist based in Maine. Gage is in East Lansing to discuss playwriting as part of the MSU Center for Poetry's fall writing series. She’s also putting on an interactive workshop today called “Interrupting Racism.”
