Our Live Music Friday guest this week is Alex Mendenall. He’s worked with the Lansing band Coolidge and as part of the Rachel and Alex duo with Rachel Curtis. Now, he’s striking out on his own.

Alex Mendenall is our Live Music Friday guest on Current State today. Alex grew up in Mason and went to Michigan State University, where he studied anthropology. In the past, he’s worked with the Lansing band Coolidge, and he’s been in the duo Rachel and Alex with Rachel Curtis.

Tonight, he’ll perform at Fabiano’s River House Grill in Portland, and he’ll also sing at the Foods For Living tent sale in East Lansing on Sunday.
