Renowned trombonist Michael Dease is our Live Music Friday guest this week. Michael is on the MSU College of Music’s Jazz Studies program faculty. He’s played extensively with the Christian McBride Big Band and with stars like Paul Simon and Alicia Keys. This week, he was part of an ensemble performing a concert in tribute to Ray Charles at the Hollywood Bowl.

Today in WKAR’s Studio S, he's joined by Seth Ebersole on tenor saxophone, Francesca Romero on piano and Adam Olscewski on bass.
