Road Closures Due to Flooding

As of noon today, here are the roads that are currently closed:

In Lansing:

• Detroit St.
• E Kalamazoo St.
• E Homer St.
• S Clippert St.
• S Howard St.

At Michigan State University:
·       Alumni Memorial Chapel—open, but sidewalks to the south are closed

·       Auditorium Rd. loop—closed; sidewalks are open and off-street parking is available

·       Beal Botanical Garden—closed along with sidewalks

·       Bessey Hall/MSU Bikes—sidewalks on southwest side (by MSU Bikes) are closed

·       Bridge from Kellogg Center Parking Ramp (Ramp 4)—Closed; Ramp 4 is open

·       Business College/Eppley Center—open, but sidewalks to the north and west are closed

·       Chestnut Road—closed from the Sparty Statue to Demonstration Hall Road

·       Computer Center—open, but south side of building is closed, including area sidewalks

·       DeMartin Soccer Stadium—closed along with all adjacent sidewalks

·       Demonstration Hall—open, but Kalamazoo St. and Chestnut Rd. on either side are closed

·       Hannah Administration Building—open, but south entrance and sidewalks are closed

·       IM Sports Circle—open, but Kalamazoo St. (west side) and sidewalks (south side) are closed

·       IM Sports West—open, but the parking lot across from the building (lot 62W) is closed

·       Jenison Field House—open, but most nearby sidewalks and parking areas are closed

·       Kalamazoo Street—closed from Birch Road to Sparty Statue

·       Kobs Field—closed along with all adjacent sidewalks

·       Kresge Art Center—open, but sidewalks to the south are closed on both sides of the river

·       Lot 62E by Spartan Stadium—closed along with sidewalks to the north

·       Lot 62W across from IM Sports West—closed along with sidewalks to north and west

·       Lot 67 (Jenison Field House)—closed along with all adjacent sidewalks

·       Main Library—open; sidewalks on south side near the river are closed

·       McLane Baseball Stadium—closed along with all adjacent sidewalks

·       Old College Field—closed along with all adjacent sidewalks

·       Parking Ramp 2 (Bessey)—open, but bottom level is closed

·       Red Cedar Rd.—closed from Beal Street to just past Spartan Stadium 

·       Secchia Stadium—closed along with all adjacent sidewalks

·       Shaw Hall—open, but sidewalks east and northeast of the building are closed

·       Spartan Stadium—open, but parking lot 62E (north of the stadium) is closed

·       Wells Hall/Computer Center bridge—closed
